Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. kirkiri accepts no liability for losses arising from unplanned downtime, connectivity issues on the user's side, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Access to the kirkiri platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

All financial transactions on the kirkiri platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kirkiri does not charge processing fees on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, and the receiving account must be registered in the same name as the kirkiri account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

All bets and wagers placed on the kirkiri platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within each market or game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules in full.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, and bet size limits through their account settings at any time. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. By using the kirkiri platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to refrain from any activity that could harm the platform, other users, or the integrity of the games and markets offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kirkiri platform:
kirkiri monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, kirkiri may immediately suspend the account, freeze all associated funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.
kirkiri reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that any of the following circumstances apply:
You may close your kirkiri account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account wallet (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification. Accounts closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusions and will not be reopened under any circumstances.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kirkiri will notify the registered email address before classifying an account as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to the wallet balance to cover administrative costs, once the account reaches dormant status and for as long as it remains dormant. If the wallet balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.
