1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the kirkiri platform, accessible at kirkiri.vip. The platform is operated for the purposes of online sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, crash games, and related entertainment services. By accessing any part of the kirkiri website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

kirkiri reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account. 1.2 Scope of Services

The kirkiri platform provides the following services to eligible registered users:

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

This age restriction applies without exception to all betting, casino, crash game, and slot features, as well as to all deposit and withdrawal activity. kirkiri takes underage gambling extremely seriously and enforces age verification at the point of account registration and prior to processing the first withdrawal request.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

kirkiri reserves the right to request identity documents at any point to verify a user's age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested by kirkiri support will result in account suspension until verification is completed. kirkiri will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not completed age and identity verification.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) kirkiri account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID Card or passport).
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payments).
• Valid email address that you actively monitor.
• A strong, unique password for your kirkiri account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. kirkiri will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or phone. 3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

As part of kirkiri's commitment to security and fair play, all accounts are subject to KYC verification. This process may be triggered at registration, at the time of a first withdrawal, when an account reaches certain transaction thresholds, or at kirkiri's discretion for any account. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your National ID Card (both sides), passport, or birth certificate.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number registered to your account is held in your name.

Two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code — delivered to your registered mobile number — each time you log in from an unrecognised device. kirkiri accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where a user has failed to enable 2FA or has shared their login credentials with a third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kirkiri platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kirkiri does not charge processing fees on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, and the receiving account must be registered in the same name as the kirkiri account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kirkiri will reject and return deposits originating from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your kirkiri wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. kirkiri is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• kirkiri reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting unusually large deposits.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between kirkiri accounts under any circumstances.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• kirkiri processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted during BPL match days may take slightly longer during peak volumes.
• kirkiri reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• Withdrawals will be declined if the account has an active pending verification request, an active cooling-off period, or a flagged responsible gaming concern.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kirkiri offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry dates. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before accepting it.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active on a kirkiri account at any one time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is still active and subject to wagering requirements is not permitted.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• kirkiri reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses already accepted by a player will continue under the terms communicated at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated exploitation — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a kirkiri account and make their first qualifying deposit in BDT may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The qualifying minimum deposit amount, bonus percentage, maximum bonus cap in BDT, and wagering requirements are specified in the active welcome offer displayed at the time of your first deposit. kirkiri's welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Players who have previously held a kirkiri account under a different email address are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

5.3 Seasonal & Cricket Promotions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the kirkiri platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within each market or game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules in full.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. kirkiri does not offer a cash-out or bet-cancellation facility except where explicitly provided within a specific market.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation — including during BPL or IPL fixtures — bets will be settled according to the official sport-specific rules communicated within the relevant market. In most cases, stakes are returned if a match is abandoned before a minimum number of overs are completed.
• kirkiri uses live data feeds from accredited sports data providers. In the event of a data feed error that leads to an incorrectly priced market, kirkiri reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' wallets.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and account tier.
• kirkiri reserves the right to limit the maximum win per bet, per event, or per day for any account at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Casino & Slot Game Rules

• All casino and slot games on kirkiri are supplied by certified third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and minimum/maximum bet limits for each title are governed by the individual game provider's specifications.
• kirkiri does not modify the RTP or outcome logic of any third-party game. All outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the respective game providers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or display error — the game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. kirkiri accepts no liability for incomplete game rounds resulting from connectivity issues on the player's device or network.

6.3 Responsible Betting Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, and bet size limits through their account settings at any time. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the kirkiri platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to refrain from any activity that could harm the platform, other users, or the integrity of the games and markets offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kirkiri platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity information, submitting forged or altered verification documents, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one kirkiri account, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Money Laundering: Using the kirkiri platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method that exploits promotional terms in bad faith.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, casino table games, or any tournament format offered on kirkiri.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, screen-scraping software, or any other automated tool to interact with the kirkiri platform in a way not available to ordinary users via the standard interface.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal on any deposit made to kirkiri without first contacting kirkiri support and allowing the dispute to be resolved through kirkiri's internal process.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at kirkiri support staff or other users of the platform through any communication channel.

kirkiri monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, kirkiri may immediately suspend the account, freeze all associated funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

kirkiri reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in a verification request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player's self-exclusion request (voluntary closure for responsible gaming purposes).
• Detection that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that an account holder is located in a jurisdiction where access to the kirkiri platform is prohibited.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your kirkiri account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account wallet (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification. Accounts closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusions and will not be reopened under any circumstances.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kirkiri will notify the registered email address before classifying an account as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to the wallet balance to cover administrative costs, once the account reaches dormant status and for as long as it remains dormant. If the wallet balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.

8.3 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any bet settlement, transaction, bonus, or account decision made by kirkiri, you should first contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including your account username, the date and time of the transaction in question, and the outcome you believe was incorrect. kirkiri aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
